I have recently been challenged by John Maxwell's book entitled Beyond Talent. In the book, he shares the secrets to enhance your talents and help you become a Talent-Plus person. Filled with poignant examples and facinating illustrations, it opened for me the immense possiblities that lie ahead if I implement the truths he shared. At the end of each chapter, he gave challenging questions and learning activities to do. Though the assignments were sometimes difficult, I truly believe they helped to drive the points home.
While I have been blessed with many varied talents and interests, I often have lacked the corresponding qualities to cultivate my talents. Therefore, I have been left with many incomplete projects and unfulfilled dreams. However, by God's grace, that is going to change.
I would highly recommend any talented person (please note that everyone has talents!) to read this book. It will lift your talents and give you the ability to become truly successful.
